Distribution of Wealth

When I decided to write a book on my first topic I thought about what was truly needed in today's life.  I started thinking about my childhood and how things had drastically changed.  It changed from an easy going (it seemed at the time) to a more uptight, "spinning your wheels" type lifestyle.  We are always on the go.  And what I remembered from the early 70's was that weekends were for families.  What had changed, I thought?  I'm upset for many reasons today.  The most upsetting for me is the false propaganda in today's Corporate / Governmental run media that is molding and manipulating minds on how to think.   I believe this is the main driving force as to why our country changed so drastically, and not for the better it seems.  I write in my book that we should bring back the blue laws for one where Sundays are only for family get-togethers.  That's it.  If we want to restore some family values in this country I strongly believe that Sunday is quintessential in achieving that goal. I recently sold my business and couldn't be happier because of all the stress and work involved in running a successful business today.  Some of the factors that made it difficult was the lacking work ethic in today's American mindset.  The world of MTV gave the impression that the bling bling was easy to achieve.  The super stretch limo with a hot tub built in the back was fun time in everyday lifestyle.  Although there are a certain percentage of children today with good work ethics, if I dug up some study on what those percentages were, we wouldn't be surprised that they weren't favorable.  So what changed?  I'd love to know your thoughts.  Please by all means enlighten me with your thoughts...  What should we do to change it? And what do you think are the major factors in today's world that are causing this lack of work ethics in today's youth? Does the fact that today the upper portion of the one percent owning 43 percent of the world's wealth have anything to do with it?  Bear in mind, before you answer, that the bottom 99% is sharing what's left 57% of the remaining world's wealth.  Bear in mind that one man owns more wealth than a European country.  Bear in mind that starvation in the world would be solved as it is documented that we have the means to feed the world two times over if we really wanted to.  Bear in mind these are the major problems we face before you answer.     My name is Nolan J.
